Our product is a helical pier, screwed into the ground to the proper depth to support all types of structures, from terraces to multi-story buildings. All our products are installed by certified installers with our machines that are specifically designed for the installation of piers.

 

Our helical foundations are evaluated and tested to the highest engineering and quality standards. To protect the pier from ground movement, our exclusive green sleeve is placed over the pier during installation. During gel/thaw cycles or in the presence of swelling clay, it is the sleeve that slides along the shaft of the pier following the possible movements of the ground.

 

The Techno Metal Post will not move and thus ensures the stability of the structure.
