About Helical Piles
Helical pile foundations are made from Hollow Structural Steel (HHS) that is compliant with ASTM A500 grade C. They are designed, tested, fabricated, and installed in compliance with Canadian, European, and U.S. building codes.
When compared to bolted couplings in similar products, TMP's fully welded couplings ranked above others and provided maximum strength, rigidity, and enhanced buckling resistance.
Different shaft and helical blade sizes are available to accommodate the needs of structure support and site soil conditions. Our engineering department provides assistance, to determine the appropriate sizes for specific project types.
Anchoring Systems
To ensure the stability and security of any given structure, pile caps/support plates, are affixed to the top of each pile.
We offer a range of support plate models and sizes, to accommodate various dimensions or materials.
Additionally, our manufactures different helical pile sizes, to suit different project requirements. Smaller piles are designed for lighter projects, such as decks and verandas, and larger ones for heavier loads and purposes, such as cottages, garages, and buildings.
Installation Equipment
We have designed and created a series of specialized hydraulic equipment, exclusively for the installation of helical pile foundations.
A single machine compact in size, allows the crew to complete installations for even the toughest foundations and tightest spots.
